AGENTS OF CHANGE TRAINING ACADEMY
Programme Design
The Agents of Change Academy is the training arm of the Agents of Change Network (Anointed Reformers Network International). The Academy was created as a tool to fulfill the mandate to raise a new generation of Christ Disciples in our postmodern world. The training is for men and women who are infused with a passion and desire to follow Jesus in total commitment and to be used by Him to advance His programme of transforming lives and establishing His kingdom on earth.
Objectives
Our desire and objective is that participants who go through the Academy will be;
1. Transformed personally by the power of the Spirit and the Word, and will be led to offer themselves to God to fulfill His purpose.
2. Learn how to apply their faith and belief in the practice of their career and profession to glorify God and His Son Jesus.
3. Learn how to spread their influence in the sphere they occupy in society.
4. Learn how to lead others to experience true transformation
5. Learn what it means to engage and transform their world for God.
6. Learn how to leverage knowledge and technology to advance the kingdom of God among men.
Programme Philosophy
Change begins from within, from the inner life. A man cannot change his world unless he is first transformed. Yet no man can change himself, only God can change a man and this from within. Our goal in the Academy is to pursue personal transformation and not mere head knowledge. It is to bring men to a point where they learn how to open up their hearts to be transformed by God so that they will be used by Him to transform their World.
Therefore every study is designed to bring the participant to learn about;
1. What he/she needs To Know – Experiential Knowledge leading to transformation (KNOWING)
2. Who he/she needs To Be - Character changes and Life transformation (BEING)
3. What he/she needs To Do - To grow and continually experience the Power of Change (DOING).
To achieve this goal, points 2 & 3 above are presented as in-study self-assessment questions that participants are expected to reflect on and answer. This arrangement is also to ensure that the lessons are delivered in a holistic manner in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains that the Change Agents may be complete, lacking nothing.
Our understanding also is that a man or a woman is called to Change his or her world. The World could mean our sphere of influence: Family, Education, Religion, Business and Commerce, Media, Entertainment, Government and Politics. It could also represent the World of the unreached, the world of youths and children.

Course Duration
The course lasts for about 3 weeks depending on the mode of delivery. Online students are expected to put in a maximum of 2 hours a week while the onsite students are required to be in class at Kuje, Abuja once a week for about 4 hours. All lecture sessions are on Saturdays.
